What starts as a hopeful journey quickly spirals into something much darker in Baby Farm, a new limited series set to hit Netflix on March 21.

Inside “Baby Farm”: A New Netflix Thriller That Hits Close to Home

The show follows Adanna, a young pregnant woman who arrives at a charity in Lagos, expecting safety and support. But what she finds is far from kindness. Run by a British couple Dr. Oliver Evans and Sister Barb the foundation hides a disturbing secret behind its polished image. As Adanna tries to escape, a famous actress named Cherise gets pulled into the mix, while a journalist and a local woman begin digging into the truth.

Created and executive produced by Mo Abudu, Baby Farm dives into hard questions about power, trust, and how vulnerable people are exploited under the guise of help.

The series is directed by Kayode Kasum and Walter Taylaur, and features a stellar cast including Genoveva Umeh, Onyinye Odokoro, Rita Dominic, Joseph Benjamin, Langley Kirkwood, and Jenny Stead.

Speaking on the project, Mo Abudu said,

“This series is grounded in real issues, told through powerful African storytelling. We’re proud to share a story that’s bold, thought-provoking, and visually stunning.”

Baby Farm is part drama, part mystery and it promises to get people talking.
